Lord Ganesha – III

One more handmade textured painting from the Ganesha Series. This is a very colorful and vibrant painting ready to be mailed out. Have used warm colors to give that lively effect to the painting. Ganesha is a popular Hindu god with an Elephant’s head and rotund body. In his hands he carries a variety of attributes; commonly depicted objects include a shell, mace, water-lily, his broken tusk, a bowl of his beloved sweets and an elephant goad. Ganesha’s vehicle is a mouse, or more specifically the bandicoot rat. This Art piece goes best in the living area and prayer room. A Protective Varnish is applied to make this painting last. The finishing coat allows you to clean the painting with damp cloth without causing any damage to the painting. It is signed in the front and the back.
